BRANDING, PACKAGING & WEBSITE
We created a full brand identity, print collateral, and website design for Cascadia Kitchen.
Taking inspiration from Portland-based restaurants and the highly creative personality of the lead baker and founder, our focus was to create a brand that’s both timeless and high end, but with an edge. We fully customized a modern logo font and added edges in the characters. We chose a slightly quirky typeface system to compliment and lead with a black color palette.

“Tributary’s thoughtfulness, guidance, aesthetic vision, and keen eye for details led us to a beautiful finish that I am so proud to share with the world. This investment for my small business was worth every single penny. I am so glad I hired their team and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for creative and professional branding, packaging, and website design.”
Brand Photography
A core part of Cascadia Kitchen’s brand is it’s brand photography and capturing past creations.
We recommended a brand photographer and support on set, to ensure the brand colors and style we’re being captured for the website design process in the coming weeks. We wanted to capture not only the stunning creations, but also the process behind the scenes that shows the care and labor of love that goes into each cake or baked good.
The complexity of styles that the baker creates and captures in house, means a consistent photography setup was key to weaving a brand story through everyone else’s stories.
We strategized on solutions for ensuring on brand images of her portfolio pages within the website that they could maintain themselves moving forward.
Website Design
Following the custom photography shoot and brand identity process, we built a custom Squarespace website that brought everything together.
